TC4 titanium alloy
This product is made of S-PARTS' high quality S-grade TC4 titanium alloy.
This material has excellent corrosion resistance and strength, but is very difficult to process.
By using the same materials that are widely used in the aerospace industry and international races such as F1 and MotoGP, we offer our customers peace of mind and outstanding performance.
The bolt heads are forged at 650 degrees and manufactured using a custom stamping die with the S-PARTS logo.
To ensure the accuracy and strength of the slots (holes) where tools (wrenches, etc.) touch, each die is limited to 300 uses.
Vacuum nitriding treatment (color: black)Gold, Blue, Black)
Gold, blue, and black colors are vacuum nitrided.
This treatment allows the color to penetrate deep into the surface of the metal, making it highly scratch-resistant.
The shine lasts in all conditions, weather, rain, mud, etc., and keeps the rider motivated.
Anodized aluminum (color: black)candy color, green, purple)
Candy color, green and purple are anodized.
This provides more dreamy and attractive color options for the individualistic rider.
Lighter, Stronger
When compared with equivalent specifications, S-PARTS' TC4 Titanium Alloy series products are as strong as 10.9 grade steel (steel), but are nearly as light as aluminum.
