MRBR's radiator core guard is designed to fit the car body structure, preventing radiator damage due to guard installation.
● Guard frame
Made of 15mm-thick 304 stainless steel, it has high rigidity and excellent corrosion resistance.
The radiator is not easily deformed by external impacts, preventing damage to the radiator.
Guard protection net
Woven net made of 304 stainless steel (gap 3mm, wire diameter 0.5mm).The appropriate clearance effectively prevents damage to the radiator caused by pebbles on the road.
The radiator is designed to prevent foreign objects such as flying insect carcasses from entering the radiator and clogging it, thereby preventing a reduction in heat dissipation performance.
The moderate density design reduces excessive water pressure on the radiator fins during high-pressure cleaning and prevents deformation of the fins.
Shockproof and heat-resistant buffer rubber
Compressible and high temperature resistant seismic rubber of 4 mm thickness ensures a floating connection between the protective cover and the radiator.
The protective cover prevents direct damage to the radiator.
