The area of the ventilation net is the same as that of the stock radiator and does not affect the heat dissipation performance of the engine after installation.
●No processing required
MRBR's radiator core guard is designed to fit the car body structure, preventing the radiator from being damaged by the guard.
● Guard frame
Made of 15mm-thick 304 stainless steel, it is rigid and corrosion-resistant, and is not easily deformed by external forces, thus preventing damage to the radiator.
Guard protection net
Braided net made of 304 stainless steel (gap 3mm, wire diameter 0.5mm).The appropriate clearance effectively prevents damage to the radiator caused by pebbles on the road.
The radiator is prevented from being clogged with dead insects and other flying insect carcasses, thereby preventing a reduction in heat dissipation performance.
The appropriate density reduces excessive water pressure on the radiator fins during high-pressure cleaning and prevents deformation of the fins.
Seismic buffer rubber
Compressible, high-temperature resistant, shockproof rubber with a thickness of 4 mm.
Floating connection between the protective cover and the radiator, preventing damage to the radiator by hard impacts from the cover.
