MRBR's radiator core guard is designed to fit tightly to the vehicle body, preventing damage to the radiator caused by the guard.
● Guard frame
Made of 15 mm thick 304 stainless steel.
High rigidity and corrosion resistance prevent damage to the radiator, while resisting deformation by external forces.
Guard protection net
Woven net made of 304 stainless steel (gap 3mm, wire diameter 0.5mm).Effectively blocks road surface pebbles and other objects that can damage the radiator.
The radiator is designed to prevent foreign objects such as flying insect carcasses from entering the radiator and clogging it, thereby preventing a reduction in heat dissipation performance.
The moderate density of the material reduces excessive water pressure on the radiator fins during high-pressure cleaning and prevents deformation of the fins.
Seismic buffer rubber
Compressible and high-temperature resistant seismic rubber of 4 mm thickness provides a floating connection between the protective cover and the radiator.
Prevents hard impact of the radiator by the cover and avoids damage.
