The area of the ventilation net is the same as that of the stock radiator and does not affect the heat dissipation performance of the engine after installation.
●No processing required
MRBR's radiator core guard is designed to fit tightly to the vehicle body structure, preventing damage to the radiator caused by the guard.
● Guard frame
Made of 15mm-thick 304 stainless steel, it is rigid and rust-resistant, preventing deformation due to external forces and preventing damage to the radiator.
Guard protection net
Woven net made of 304 stainless steel (gap 3mm, wire diameter 0.5mm).
Effectively prevents roadside pebbles and other sources of damage to the radiator.
It prevents the carcasses of flying insects from clogging up the radiator, and suppresses the reduction of heat dissipation performance.
The moderate density design reduces excessive water pressure on the radiator fins during high-pressure cleaning and prevents deformation of the fins.
Seismic buffer rubber
Compressible and heat-resistant shockproof rubber with a thickness of 4 mm provides a floating connection between the protective cover and the water tank.
Protects the water tank from hard impacts due to the protective cover.
