Screw heads are forged at 650 degrees Celsius using custom S-PARTS logo stamping molds. Each mold is limited to 300 uses to ensure tool slot precision and strength.
■Vacuum Nitriding Coloring
Gold, blue, and black colors are created using vacuum nitriding technology. The color penetrates the metal surface, preventing scratches and natural discoloration. Resistant to wind, rain, and mud.
■Anodized Coloring
Candy colors, green, and purple are finished with anodizing.
■Lighter and Stronger
