Screw heads are forged at 650 degrees Celsius using customized S-PARTS logo stamping molds. Each mold is limited to 300 uses to ensure tool slot precision and strength.
Vacuum Nitriding Coloring
Gold, blue, and black colors are produced via vacuum nitriding. The color penetrates the metal surface, providing scratch resistance and preventing natural discoloration against wind, rain, and mud.
Anodized Coloring
Candy colors, green, and purple are finished with anodizing.
