High-Temperature Forging
Screw heads are forged at 650 degrees Celsius with a custom S-PARTS logo stamping mold. Each mold is limited to 300 uses to ensure tool slot precision and strength.
Vacuum Nitriding Coloring
Gold, blue, and black colors are produced using vacuum nitriding technology, where color penetrates the metal surface. Resistant to scratches, natural discoloration, wind, rain, and mud.
Anodized Coloring
Candy colors, green, and purple are finished with anodizing.
Lighter and Stronger
