Screw heads are forged at 650 degrees Celsius using custom S-PARTS logo stamping dies. Each die is limited to 300 uses to ensure tool slot precision and strength.
Vacuum Nitriding Coloring
Gold, blue, and black colors are produced via vacuum nitriding. The color penetrates the metal surface, providing scratch resistance and preventing natural discoloration from wind, rain, or mud.
Anodized Coloring
Candy, green, and purple colors are finished with anodizing.
